Τρεις ένοπλοι άνοιξαν πυρ κοντά στην παλιά πόλη της Ιερουσαλήμ, τραυματίζοντας τρεις Ισραηλινούς, δύο από τους οποίους σοβαρά.
Στην συνέχεια, οι ένοπλοι έπεσαν νεκροί από τα πυρά των Ισραηλινών αστυνομικών, σύμφωνα με ανακοίνωση της αστυνομίας.
Οι δύο από τους Ισραηλινούς τραυματίες λαμβάνουν ιατρική βοήθεια, προκειμένου να κρατηθούν στην ζωή, σύμφωνα με την τοπική υπηρεσία ασθενοφόρων.
Σύμφωνα με τις πρώτες πληροφορίες, οι δράστες επιτέθηκαν σε ομάδα αστυνομικών στην “Πύλη των λεόντων” . Οι δύο σοβαρά τραυματισμένοι είναι αστυνομικοί.
